The Fight Against Dogfighting | Season 1, Episode 3

Dogfighting in the aftermath of the Vick case

In this third episode of the inaugural season, I pivot back to the topic of dogfighting, as news reports from around the country seem to pour in about suspected dogfighting cases.

The Fight Against Dogfighting” attempts to show the heightened awareness by local law enforcement agencies in the aftermath of the Michael Vick dogfighting bust. Additionally, national animal welfare organizations prioritize their efforts on animal fighting, and many of the most well-known figures in dogfighting are raided…and their dogs destroyed.

At the conclusion of this episode, in a new city and a new focus on breed specific legislation, Preston officially comes home.
