“The Dogs of Train Ave” is a short film that follows a talented artist who repeatedly makes startling discoveries of dead dogs found in garbage bags along a forgotten-about road in a downtrodden Cleveland neighborhood.
Sometime in 2012, Cleveland visual and tattoo artist, Sean Jason Kelly, stumbled upon a deceased dog while walking down Train Avenue – a two-mile road with a history of being an illegal dumping spot.
Over the subsequent years, Sean has continuously found more and more. “The Dogs of Train Ave” follows Sean and his quest to honor the dogs through his art.
