Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and/or exchange policy differs dependent upon which products or services were purchased. 

Physical Merchandise

For all physical merchandise (i.e. t-shirts, hoodies, poster, prints) – All sales are final, unless due to receiving a damaged or defective product, in which that merchandise will be replaced by the print-on-demand company and/or affiliated partners for free within 30 days of purchase. Currently, Printify handles all River Fire Films print on-demand merchandise orders, but several printers from around the world are utilized depending on factors such as country or region the originating order comes from. You may contact us (River Fire Films) to initiate a damaged or defective claim by using the contact form. Please do not send merchandise back without notifying either River Fire Films or its providers, to avoid confusion to expedite a replacement that is free of defects can be exchanged.
